Us
Suzuki K.Laboratory is run by Prof. Kojiro Suzuki. It consists of
students in the Ph.D., M.S., and Undergraduate (senior-level) programs.
Suzuki K. Laboratory is loacated in Bldg. 7 of the School of
Engineering (at Hongo campus, the Unversity of Tokyo); it is a member
of the Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics (Graduate School of
Engineering). The main research theme is high-speed aerodynamics and
thermodynamics, however research is being conducted on a variety of
topics, including: waveriders, ablation, ozone reactions, and more.
Both numerical simulations (e.g., Computation Fluid Dynamics) and
experimental tests (e.g., hypersonic wind-tunnel, shock tunnel) are
being performed.
